Our Story

Climblly started with a simple, frustrating observation: the people who get hired aren't necessarily the best for the job. They are simply the best at applying for the job.

The modern recruitment process — dominated by ATS algorithms, rushed recruiters, and rigid formulas — naturally filters out non-traditional candidates. International graduates, career changers, and busy professionals constantly find their applications in the reject pile, not because they lack skills, but because they don't speak the exact language the system demands.

We saw brilliant people settling for less. We decided to build a bridge.
