These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of climblly.com and all services provided by Climblly Ltd, including CareerKit and Climblly Managed. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Climblly Ltd is registered in England and Wales. These Terms are governed by English law.

1. DEFINITIONS

• "Climblly", "we", "us" — Climblly Ltd, the company providing the services
• "You", "user", "client" — any individual accessing our website or using our services
• "CareerKit" — our AI-powered career platform for self-serve job application document generation
• "Climblly Managed" — our done-for-you managed job application service
• "Services" — CareerKit, Climblly Managed, and any other products or services we offer
• "Content" — any documents, data, or materials you upload, generate, or submit through our services

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to work in your target jurisdiction or disclose relevant visa requirements to us
• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

3. CAREERKIT — SPECIFIC TERMS

3.1 Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Acceptable use

You may use CareerKit only for lawful job application purposes. You must not:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your experience or qualifications
• Use the service to create applications for roles you are not legally eligible to apply for
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce CareerKit's AI models or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from CareerKit

3.3 Your content

You retain ownership of the career data, CVs, and documents you upload to CareerKit. By using the service, you grant Climblly a limited licence to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3.4 AI-generated documents

CareerKit uses artificial intelligence to generate career documents based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submitting them in any job application. Climblly does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific role. You must not submit documents containing false information.

3.5 Subscriptions and billing

CareerKit is offered on a free tier and paid subscription basis. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. CLIMBLLY MANAGED — SPECIFIC TERMS

4.1 Service scope

Climblly Managed is a professional service in which we research roles, generate tailored application documents using CareerKit, and submit applications on your behalf. The scope of applications per month is defined by your selected plan.

4.2 Your obligations

To enable us to deliver the service, you must:

• Complete the intake form fully and accurately
• Provide truthful information about your experience, qualifications, and right to work
• Provide access to the job board accounts specified during onboarding
• Respond promptly to any requests for additional information
• Notify us immediately of any change in your circumstances that affects your job search

4.3 Accuracy of information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide. Climblly will generate and submit applications based on the information you supply. We accept no liability for applications submitted on the basis of false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

4.4 No guarantee of employment

Climblly Managed is a professional service aimed at improving the quality and volume of your job applications. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including employer decisions, market conditions, and your individual profile.

4.5 Billing and cancellation

Climblly Managed is billed monthly or weekly depending on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for periods already paid unless required by law.

4.6 Account access

You grant Climblly limited, revocable authorisation to access your job board accounts solely for the purpose of submitting applications on your behalf. We will not use these credentials for any other purpose. You may revoke this access at any time by notifying us.

5. PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed subscription amount on a recurring basis. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on climblly.com, including our brand, design, copy, and software, is owned by or licensed to Climblly Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent. The documents generated through CareerKit using your career data are yours. Climblly retains no ownership over application documents created for you.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Climblly's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of employment opportunity or income
• Decisions made by employers or recruiters
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you have not reviewed
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses

8. DISCLAIMERS

Our services are provided "as is". We make no warranty that CareerKit or Climblly Managed will meet your specific requirements, result in job offers, or be uninterrupted or error-free. CareerKit uses AI to generate career documents. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or use our services in a way that is harmful or unlawful. You may close your CareerKit account at any time. For Climblly Managed, cancellation is effective at the end of your billing period.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on our website with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
